Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of https://k1pros.us. At GovAssist LLC’s site, located at https://k1pros.us (we/our/us) It is our aim to make sure all our customers (you/your) are completely satisfied with our service. K1Pros.US is dedicated to helping you traverse through your immigration process with confidence, and we guarantee your satisfaction. However, in the event you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at once by sending an email to [email protected] so we can fix the problem, issue a refund (if applicable), or provide you with credit that can be used for future K1Pros.US services.
NOT COVERED UNDER THIS GUARANTEE
Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your government filing. For example, the pertinent government agency may reject an immigration petition or application for reasons outside the control or responsibility of K1Pros.US. Government backlogs can also lead to long delays before your filing process is complete. Likewise, K1Pros.US does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by independent lawyers under an independent Limited Scope Lawyer Agreement.
We provide a refund policy which is effective PRIOR to the approval and submission of your K-1 Visa application to the United States Department of State and/or United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. By making a purchase of services on this website, you agree and accept to be bound by the terms of this policy. Upon your review of the government forms for submission after your purchase, your approval of these documents will constitute waiver of your right to a refund from that point onwards. Should a material error be made on your application, we will re-submit the application on your behalf at no additional cost to you, but a refund will NOT be issued.
Refunds PRIOR to the approval and submission of your K1 Visa application to the United States’ Government must be requested by emailing [email protected]. The Subject line must read: “K1 Visa Refund Request”. Your refund request email MUST include the following information:
- Your full name,
- The last four digits of the credit card you used to purchase our services,
- The date you purchased our services, and
- The reason for requesting a refund.
We will process your request within 24 hours after we have received all the information requested above from you. Approved refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase and should appear in your account within 1-7 business days based on your financial institution’s policies and your statement’s billing cycle. If 10 days have passed and your refund is not reflecting in your account, please contact our Billing Department to assist you further.
Please note that this policy cannot and will not apply to government fees remitted to the US Department of State, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services, or other pertinent Governmental agencies, which are non-refundable and not an item that we have any control over. We cannot refund or credit any money paid to other third parties with a role in processing your order (such as your medical examiner). This includes payments made by you to a licensed lawyer supplying legal services under an independent Limited Scope Lawyer Agreement.

Please allow the above indicated time of one (1) to seven (7) business days for any refund to be processed.
